Purr Vida Lounge was born from a simple truth: too many cats on the streets of Guanacaste need help, and too few places exist where people and rescue cats can connect in a meaningful way.

Miss Meow — architect by training, animal lover by nature — set out to build a space that serves both. A place where rescued cats could heal, socialize, and find families, while visitors could slow down, connect with animals, and leave knowing their visit genuinely mattered.

The result is a warm, carefully designed lounge inside The Village Shopping Mall in Brasilito, where every detail — from the calm lighting to the cozy corners — was created with the cats' wellbeing in mind.

We rescue cats from the streets of Guanacaste — injured, abandoned, or born without a home. We provide veterinary care, safe shelter, proper nutrition, and the socialization they need to trust humans again.
